Who we are
englishspeakinggym.com is run by Fluency Code Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17194314). Registered office: 26 Barkis Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 3DU, United Kingdom. Speaking Gym and The Fluency Code are both run by Fluency Code Ltd.

The Fluency Score
The Fluency Score is free. It is a self-assessment based on your answers, so treat the numbers as guidance. It is not an official English-level test. Our privacy notice explains how we use your answers and your email.
Speaking Gym Community
- The Speaking Gym Community runs on Skool. When you join, Skool’s terms also apply, and Skool handles your membership payments.
- 7 days free. Card required. No charge today. Then $39/month. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge. You can cancel at any time after that.
- The Community has a 90-day guarantee: speak with more confidence in 90 days or get your membership fees back. See the full guarantee terms.
- Learners in mainland China can join through our China page, with the prices and payment options shown there.
Private Coaching
- Private Coaching is online, one-to-one, 50-minute sessions with a Speaking Gym Coach.
- Prices are in US dollars: $49 for a single session, $179 for 4 sessions, $329 for 8 sessions. You pay securely by card through Stripe.
- After you pay, you complete a short coaching setup, and we match you with a coach and send your booking link.
- 4 and 8-session packs include Speaking Gym Community access while the pack is active. A single session does not.
- Your coach and session times
- Sessions depend on coach availability. We work with you to find a suitable Speaking Gym Coach and a time that suits you. If we cannot offer a session time that works for you, you can ask for a full refund.
- Moving a session
- Need to move a session? Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice normally count as a used session, unless there is a genuine emergency.
- How long your sessions last
- Use a single session within 30 days, a 4-session pack within 60 days and an 8-session pack within 90 days.
- Refunds
- Changed your mind? You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying, as long as you have not used a session. Once your first session has taken place, the plan is non-refundable.
The Fluency Code
The Fluency Code is private fluency coaching with Coach Dave, by application through FluencyCode.com.
Using this site
- The videos, lessons, text and designs on this site belong to Fluency Code Ltd or the people who shared them with us. Please do not copy them for commercial use.
- Member stories are real, in the members’ own words. Results vary from person to person and depend on the practice you put in.
- Some links go to other sites, such as Skool, Stripe and YouTube. Their own terms apply there.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
